CANCELLATION and late policy

At Exposé Skin your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you to uphold the elevated experience. 24 hour notice is required for any cancelation or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less then 24 hours notice will incur a $50 late-cancel fee. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Beyond this window, your service may be shortened or rescheduled and a fee will apply. Repeated cancellations will require pre-payment to reserve future appointments.

REFUNDS AND SERVICE POLICY

Due to the customized nature of our treatments— All service sales are final. Package purchases and membership fees are non-refundable once activated. Retail skincare products may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days if unopened and in original condition. Results may vary based on individual skin conditions and compliance with aftercare— no guarantees can be made on treatment outcomes. We are committed to ensuring you love your experience.

MEDICAL CONSENT AND ELIGIBILITY POLICY

Your safety and results are our highest priority. All guests must complete required medical and skin health forms before treatment. Certain services may not be suitable for clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding or have medical contraindications. Clients agree to honest disclosure of medical history, medications, and recent treatments.

Our professional guidance ensures that every treatment supports your long term skin health. Transparency ensures optimal skin health and exceptional results.

NO SHOW AND PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION POLICY

A credit card on file is required to book all appointments. Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% service charge to the card on file. Pre-paid services or deposits will be forfeited in the event of a no-show.
